Setting up Pages
1
Connect Google Search Console
Go to Settings > Integrations and connect your Google Search Console property. VeluraHQ will pull clicks, impressions, CTR, and position data for all verified URLs.
2
Connect Google Analytics (GA4)
In Settings > Integrations, connect your GA4 property. This brings sessions, users, engagement time, and channel data into the Pages view alongside your Search Console metrics.
3
Configure AI Search Analytics
Ensure AI Search Analytics is configured and actively tracking prompt runs. VeluraHQ uses these runs to count how often each URL is cited by AI engines. If AI Search Analytics isn’t set up yet, citation counts will show as zero.
4
Open Pages
Navigate to Pages in your workspace sidebar. Your URLs populate automatically from the connected data sources — no manual import needed. VeluraHQ syncs continuously, so the table stays current.
Opportunity filters
Rather than leaving you to hunt for problems manually, Pages ships with built-in opportunity filters that turn data patterns into actionable backlogs. Each filter matches a specific performance condition across your URL inventory.Reading a single page
Click any row in the Pages table to open the full detail view for that URL. Inside you’ll find:- 90-day performance chart — a continuous trend line showing clicks, impressions, and AI citations over the trailing 90 days, with period-over-period comparison.
- Signal breakdowns by source — GSC, GA4, and AI citations presented as separate panels so you can isolate which signal is driving or dragging overall performance.
- Keyword ranking details — the specific queries driving impressions and clicks to that URL, with position and CTR per keyword.
- One-click actions — route the page directly into your Actions queue with the performance evidence pre-attached, or send it into a Sheet for bulk processing.
Sorting and filtering
You have full control over how the Pages table is ordered and scoped:- Sort by: clicks, impressions, CTR, position, AI citation count, or position delta (ascending or descending)
- Filter by page path: narrow the table to a specific subdirectory, section, or URL pattern
- Filter by date range: shift the reporting window to focus on a specific period
- Filter by metric threshold: set custom conditions on any column — for example, show only pages where CTR is below 1.5% and impressions exceed 5,000
Taking action from Pages
Identifying a problem in Pages is only the start. VeluraHQ keeps the execution path short. Single page action Open any page row and click Create action to route that URL into your Actions queue. The performance evidence — current metrics, signals, and trend data — travels with it automatically. Your team picks it up with full context already attached. Bulk execution Select multiple pages using the checkboxes in the table, then click Send to workflow to create a Sheet pre-populated with those URLs. From there, run any workflow across the entire set — refreshes, SEO audits, title rewrites, or CMS updates — without rebuilding the workflow per page.Continue reading
